A reverse pickup will be arranged and after ensuring that the product is sealed and unused, refund will be processed in 7 business days.
Kindly note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or colour variations.

There are certain circumstances where we won’t be able to accept returns or replacements for our products:
Refunds
We only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision will be made by AuraTree team), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.
Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge of 99 INR will be applied at checkout. The order will take 5-6 days to reach your doorstep.You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.
Cash on delivery
For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 50 INR plus shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.
Cancellations
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All of AuraTree orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in India to your provided shipping address via FedEx. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Majority of our orders will not have to pay any additional fees.
However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with FedEx to have customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.
If you are presented with an invoice from FedEx for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay FedEx directly at the time of delivery.
We will not make any refund if there are any custom issues in your country whether it’s related to weight or number or quantity of products.
DUTY AND TAXES
Please note that the Duty and Taxes charge will be extra as per the Customs of Destination country and cannot be confirmed beforehand.
CUSTOMS OBLIGATION
Please note that the receiver needs to fulfil the requirements regarding the paperwork for the purpose of Import Clearance. It is not necessary that the consignee have to visit the Customs office but depending on the Customs rule of the destination country, there might be a need for several paperwork at times to clear the goods from Customs. If any such requirements arises then the same needs to be adhered to by the receiver failing which we will not be liable of any MONEY BACK as the Carrier will not be able to deliver the goods without it and the Customs might not allow the goods to enter their country due to which the same will be carried back by the Carrier.
REMOTE AREA
In remote area shipment will take 10-15 business days for delivery (Which will be sent through India Post-professional-track on or with prime track) If shipment gets lost in transit for remote areas then it won’t be our responsibility, claims for refund cannot be processed in such cases.
